Privacy Policy

This policy explains what One-Page Dev Guides collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to onepagedevguides.com and the subscription service we provide.

What we collect

Account data: your email address. There are no passwords — sign-in is via a one-time link sent to your email.
Subscription data: which plan you subscribe to, dates, and payment status.
Payment identifiers: payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record; we store only the customer and subscription references needed to verify your payment and support your subscription. We never see or store your card details.
Email engagement: we track whether weekly guide emails bounce, to keep the list clean. We do not track opens or clicks per user.
Technical data: IP address and standard server logs, used for security and kept briefly.

Why we collect it

To provide and manage your subscription, to verify payments, to deliver the weekly guide email, and to keep the site safe. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account at any time. Email sales@stevehodgkiss.net and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your personal data; records of transactions may be retained where required by tax law.

Where your data lives

The site runs on Vercel with a Supabase database; both process data in the EU/US under standard contractual clauses. Polar processes payments under its own privacy policy.
