Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to get what you pay for. This policy explains when refunds apply and how the 14-day cooling-off period works for digital subscriptions.

14-day cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription for a full refund. For digital content there is an exception: if you ask us to start delivering during those 14 days and we do, the refund can be reduced by the value of the service already provided. To keep things simple and fair, we go further than the law requires:

After 14 days

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time via Polar's customer portal; it simply expires at the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day full refund window; after that, they are final. If the service is materially not as described, contact us — we will refund the unused portion.

How to request

Email sales@stevehodgkiss.net from your account address, or reply to any receipt email. Card refunds are returned via Polar (our merchant of record) and typically processed within 7 days of approval.
